Souvenir Cotidiano2019
EAAD is the School of Art, Architecture, and Design at Tecnológico de Monterrey, the largest private university in Mexico.

For their debut as an institution at Zona Maco Diseño, I was commissioned to design and produce the booth scenography.

The booth needed to align with the original brief of the collection Souvenir Cotidiano, a semester-long project in which 36 students took on the challenge of designing utilitarian objects with a focus on affordable production processes and contemporary commercial trends.
It was important to me to highlight the objects rather than overshadow them with the setting. The concept of an all-white design emerged as a way to create a sense of absence, ensuring no distractions from the true protagonists: the students and their projects.

Given the large stock of products available for on-site sale, I designed a massive central table that could both store the items and double as two stackable containers for easy transportation.
